Meet David Inman

When it comes to building your dream home, experience counts! David Inman Properties, is owned and operated by David Inman. Since 1999 David has been building and has definitely seen some ups and downs in the market. Starting out as a small builder and growing his business from scratch, developing several subdivisions and surviving the market crash in 2008 has taught him resilience. As a semi to full custom builder, he has completed and closed over 170 homes.

David grew up in Arlington, TX and graduated from James W. Martin High School in 1987. David played basketball in Junior college where he studied criminal justice. After college, David pursued a career in law enforcement and the fire service where he spent 20 years serving his community. David has always tried to live by the principles passed down by his father; faith, family, and hard work! Although working in public safety had been a childhood dream, David's interest in real estate and building would soon take him down a different path. In 1999, David started his own residential construction and real estate development business. As always, God continued to bless and the company soon required his full-time attention.

David's passion for helping others achieve their dreams of home ownership has never ceased. Over the last 20 years his experience in new home construction and real estate have provided him a unique perspective for his clients. He understands quality construction and the needs of his clients. His unique experiences in all phases of real estate helps him to assist in the purchase, sale, or building of your new home.
